So many poets shower you with praise
Are they disciples of kite flying Ben?
Shutting their lights off as early as ten?
Seems like a waste of the end of their days
They could miss great pyrotechnic displays
Wasting their time with early slumber when
They could watch the South Park movie again
But they won't change since they're stuck in their ways
Your beauty is stuff of legend to me
Like the Loch Ness beast or Bigfoot's big fist
I've seen no proof that you truly exist
Because, without fail, you're much too early
As for why I've hardly seen the sun set
I need an excuse - I don't have one yet
